I'm a Sri-Lankan software engineer who has spent the last decade shipping real systems for real businesses — from enterprise gas distribution platforms and dealer networks to mobile billing apps used daily by delivery teams in the field.
I care a lot about clean architecture, tight feedback loops, and software that doesn't break at 2 a.m. My favourite problems live at the messy intersection of operations, hardware and the web — routing, logistics, payments, and offline-first mobile workflows.
Outside of code, I read about distributed systems, fiddle with tooling, and obsess over good developer experience.

Enterprise Gas Distribution Platform
End-to-end platform for a national LP-gas distributor — covering dealers, customers, deliveries, billing and field operations. Architected the v3 backend and led the migration to a v4 admin built on Next.js + Prisma, running across a country-wide dealer network with thousands of daily orders.

Route Intelligence Platform
A routing & dealer-distance engine that powers smart allocation across the delivery network. Combines Google Routes and OSRM with internal heuristics to pick the right dealer, the right route, and the right ETA for every order — with a self-hosted OSRM fallback for cost and resilience.

Dealer Network Management Portal
A complete back-office for managing dealers, territories, allocations and performance — the operational heartbeat behind a country-wide home delivery operation. Clean Prisma data model, role-based access, audit trails, and battle-tested workflows used daily by ops teams.

Payment Processing Integration Platform
Secure payment integration on top of CyberSource Secure Acceptance — split into independent live and sandbox gateway services so multiple delivery products could plug in payments without reinventing tokenisation, retries, reconciliation, or webhook handling. Containerised and deployed via Docker.

Podcast Media Distribution Platform
A streaming and content-delivery platform for premium podcasts. Secure playback via VideoCipher, subscriber management, episode publishing workflows, and a clean editor experience designed for non-technical content teams.

Content Publishing CMS
A modern blog and content-publishing CMS — fast Next.js frontend, ergonomic editor experience, Prisma-modelled backend, and a flexible content schema ready for SEO, scheduling and scale.

Designed and shipped a portfolio of production systems across delivery, payments, CMS and media — from enterprise gas distribution and dealer networks to mobile billing, route optimization, podcast streaming, and a long list of client builds in hospitality, fitness, sports and SaaS. Owned features end-to-end across backend, frontend and mobile.
- Architected and led delivery for a national LP-gas distribution platform — backend (v3) and the v4 admin migration on Next.js + Prisma — powering thousands of daily orders.
